Do I need a Hub or a Hub Pro?
Every GRIT system begins with a GRIT Hub.
If you are in a home shop or commercial shop and will be installing Dust Management solutions, you will need the GRIT Hub.
If your facility will be adding Access Control, Asset Management, or Time Tracking solutions, you will need a GRIT Hub Pro to support the expanded software.
Which blast gates do I need?
Our Gate Control device retrofits onto your existing, free-sliding, metal blast gate. We are compatible with Jet, Powertec (non-locking), or any quick-clamp gate.
Why do I need a Trigger for each tool?
Triggers serve two functions in the GRIT system:
1. measure power draw to determine if the tool is running to "trigger" other actions such as automating dust collectors or opening blast gates.
2. provide the ability to lock dangerous power tools from untrained hands.
What support do we offer?
We provide support through our Contact page and/or our support ticket system.
How is my data secured?
The GRIT system provides incredible insight into your shop usage and ALL of your data is stored locally in your GRIT Hub.
What is a typical lead time on new orders?
Our goal is always to ship your system out as soon as possible. We usually say a 7-14 day lead time is standard.
