Solutions
Start with the problem you need to solve.
GRIT automates compatible equipment you already own — dust collection, machine access, tool custody, shop conditions, attendance, VFD collector control, and machine supervision. The capabilities share one local GRIT platform, so you can start with one problem and plan later phases around the equipment and capacity required.
One platform · seven outcomes
Pick the outcome. The platform is shared.
Each solution below solves a specific operational problem. They use the same GRIT platform and local operating model. Expanding can reuse compatible devices, credentials, and records, while the required Hub tier, capacity, and additional hardware are reviewed for the next phase.
Dust Management
Coordinate compatible tools, blast gates, collectors, filter pressure, bin level, and local operating records.
Machine Access
Apply identity, training, authorization, and presence rules at compatible equipment.
Asset Management
Keep custody, location, audits, documents, and service history with shared tools and equipment.
Environmental Monitoring
Monitor particulate, VOC, temperature, and pressure with site-specific thresholds and local history.
Time + Attendance
One Badge Tap. Hours Tracked. Doors Controlled. Identity, presence, and attendance recorded locally.
Energy Management
Map active tools and zones to configured commands for a compatible VFD dust collector.
Machine Supervision
Combine authorization, operator presence, and machine-state signals for supervised equipment.
How one system covers all seven
Local decisions, made on your network.
Triggers sense current draw at the tool. Readers identify the person. Sensors measure pressure, particulate, and runtime. Field devices report over an ESP-NOW mesh rather than requiring a shop Wi-Fi connection between each device.
A small on-site device evaluates operating rules locally: open a mapped gate, command a compatible collector, evaluate machine access, or surface a configured sensor threshold.
Configured compatible gates, collectors, and machine controls apply the mapped response, while connected devices record the resulting events locally.
A later phase can reuse compatible devices, credentials, and records already on the GRIT platform. GRIT reviews Hub tier and capacity plus any additional readers, controls, sensors, or installation work before expansion.
Before you choose
Built to retrofit what you already own.
Sideways and forward
Not sure which problem to start with?
Answer two questions about your space and what needs to happen automatically, and the system builder produces a starting configuration. No contact information required.

Every GRIT deployment starts with understanding your shop. Tell us what you are working with and the engineering team handles the rest.
