Gate Control

Bolt-on automatic gate control for standard metal blast gates from 2.5 to 12 inches.

The GRIT Gate Control mounts to the blast gate already installed in your ductwork. When an associated tool starts or stops, the GRIT Hub commands the actuator to open or close the gate. Select the variant that matches the gate diameter without replacing the gate or changing the ductwork.

Compatibility

Fits existing standard metal blast gates from 2.5 to 12 inches. Blast gates are not sold by GRIT Automation and are not included. This product does not replace the separate GRIT iVac Retrofit Gate Control used with existing iVac gates; contact GRIT if the gate style or actuator fit is uncertain.

Installation

Match the selected actuator to the gate diameter, fasten the bracket and arm to the existing metal gate, and connect the included low-voltage wire to a GRIT 12V Power Bank or another compatible 12V DC supply. Pair the Gate Control with the Hub through the GRIT App and assign it to the corresponding tool or collection zone.

*GRIT Hub is required for device functionality. 12V Power Bank sold separately.
